Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. With a focus on delivery management the role involves overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and marketing to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Oversee delivery management processes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and align with client requirements.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their business operations and drive growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and address any client concerns promptly.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and foster long-term partnerships.
* Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Facilitate regular communication with clients to keep them informed about project developments and address any issues.
* Utilize sales and marketing expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
* Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions and project executions.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise for optimal client solutions.
* Drive initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and support.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
* Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in delivery management showcasing expertise in project execution.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of sales and marketing principles to enhance client engagement.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
* Have a proven track record of successful project management and client satisfaction.
* Show ability to analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
* Display proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams for optimal project outcomes.
* Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification ITIL Foundation Certification
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Feb 28, 2026.
The annual base salary for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
