We were born out of years of frustration in the commercial workplace seeking last-minute meeting rooms, searching for an office to take a confidential call, or simply looking for a quiet zone to focus on that important presentation. This led to a group of business consultants, architects, and industrial designers to collaborate with one of the world's leading acoustics manufacturers with the aim to create stylish, architecturally designed spaces for the modern office that were versatile, ergonomic and soundproof.

Where And How You Can Work
Our US offices are in New York and Dallas, and we have offices in Australia, UK, Europe and Canada. We value having the team together but will work out a viable solution for everyone in the team. This position can be Dallas or New York based. As we work with a hybrid model, only residence who reside in either Dallas or New York will be considered for the role.
At this time, we do not offer relocation assistance.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, strategic
Project Manager, Strategic Accounts to oversee client account projects and lead cross-functional efforts that deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role ensures key clients receive consistent value, timely project execution, and proactive communication-driving both customer satisfaction and sustainable account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring alignment between client expectations and company capabilities.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and operational workflows to proactively identify opportunities for value-added support or expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance account management efficiency and overall customer experience.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for client initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, operations, marketing, finance) to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation, including project plans, status updates, and issue logs.
- Ensure all aspects of order execution meet internal standards and customer contractual obligations.
- Identify risks or gaps early, escalate when needed, and drive corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding insights back into operational processes.
- Track account health, project performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction levels.
- Analyze usage data, service metrics, and feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and success metrics to internal leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred but not required).
- Working toward PMP certifications considered an asset
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, and or client services-ideally managing large or strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project), and CRM platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
