• Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulatory standards.
• Experience in control management and operational risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in developing risk dashboards and key risk indicators.
• Familiarity with risk control self-assessment (RCSA) processes.
• Ability to conduct independent quality assurance and vertical process testing.

• Identify and assess risks throughout business processes and systems.
• Facilitate risk assessments and testing to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.
• Lead control monitoring and communicate key operational risk trends to senior management.
• Identify areas of high-risk for intervention and provide actionable insights.
• Support business units with risk identification and control improvement.
