Job Description:
A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which include photocopying, printing, scanning, mail and package support and first line copier defense.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Copy Services includes accurate and timely production of copy and print requests that are punched and bound per written instructions. Must be able to recognize color variations, knowledge of the fiery is important as copiers need to be calibrated. Must be able to proof work for accuracy and account for materials used.
- Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
- Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance per schedule
- Inventory Management includes taking inventory of listed items and replenishing them as needed per schedule
- Copier & HP Maintenance includes clearing paper jams, replacing toners and placing service calls
- Strong customer service
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year work related experience
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
