About the Position

Foursquare is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in our New York City office; on a hybrid schedule of T,W,TH in office.

The Account Manager plays a critical role in the go-to-market efforts at Foursquare and sits within the Account Management team within Sales.

The Sales team collectively works to solution-sell both Targeting and Measurement (ATTR) into Marketers serviced directly or by their intermediary agencies and platforms. Working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to bring to life the best in market geo-location based services, Foursquare's sales team is responsible for the sale and service to secure, retain & grow account and partner based revenue.

In this role, you'll

* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertiser and agency clients

* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, driving retention and growth opportunities

* Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle - onboarding, campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and renewal

* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth targets

* Ownership of the narrative and the book of business

* Preparedness - rehearse, review notes, collaborate on talking points, be polished

* TEAM is everything - elevate the people around you

* Go above and beyond to support client needs

* If you see something do something, lead by example

* Accountability - be accountable and provide timely feedback to your peers

* Be revenue aware, will your action or inaction have revenue implications

What you'll need

* Experience in account management, client success, or media operations - ideally in ad tech or digital media.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations.

* Familiarity with DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and measurement platforms.

At Foursquare, we're committed to offering competitive pay and benefits that reflect market standards and the unique strengths each candidate brings. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and office location. We also regularly review our compensation practices to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with evolving market trends.

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $73,500 - $126,000. The estimated annual total cash compensation range (inclusive of base salary and any applicable cash incentive) for is $105,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience level). While final offers may vary slightly based on individual qualifications, we aim to stay within this published range to support pay equity and transparency across the organization.

Salary is just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes restricted stock units, comprehensive health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits.
