Strategas is a New York City-based macro brokerage firm focused on Investment & Sector Strategy, Economics, Washington Policy Research, Technical Analysis, and Fixed Income Research seeks one institutional sales assistant to join its sales team, located in midtown Manhattan. Experienced professionals and recent college graduates with superb transcripts and a strong commitment to join a growing boutique research sales and trading team will be considered for the role.

Compensation will be based on performance and for those who excel, will be considered for other open positions within the firm.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Supporting salespeople in establishing new institutional buy-side relationships
  • Meeting coordination and calendar management
  • General office management and responsibilities - supplies, inventory, kitchen upkeep, reception duties and general clerical responsibilities
  • Maintaining customer databases and contact lists
  • Assisting the Sales Team in general customer support
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What you'll Bring to Baird:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
  • Clear track record of superior achievement is essential
  • Detail oriented
  • Ready and willing to take on complicated tasks
  • Possess drive and focus
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 annual pay range
  • Bonus potential
