About The Role

As a Senior Manager or Manager, Central Strategy & Operations, you will act as an internal consultant and operator, diving into the highest-priority opportunities across the company. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. High performers will graduate to lead a specific business unit or function within 18-36 months.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Problem-Solving - Structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Experimentation & Analytics - Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize product-market fit and unit economics.
• Project Management - Drive cross-functional work streams from concept through launch.
• Operational Excellence - Design and implement processes, dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and scalability of new initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general-management/rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, Door Dash).
• Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; comfort building financial and operational models from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives on aggressive timelines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Passion for Travel & Technology: Genuine interest in redefining the travel industry and building with AI-driven tools.

Strongly Preferred

• Startup or high-growth operating experience is a strong plus.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
