You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial technology by identifying opportunities, assisting in the negotiation of complex deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Account Manager, you will:
* Drive customer relationships for a defined global book of business.
* Lead all commercial activities within mature client accounts, ensuring alignment with client strategies and priorities.
* Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
* Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client adoption of LSEG's solutions.
* Collaborate with product and specialist teams to introduce broader solution offerings.
* Drive revenue retention by maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Navigate complex negotiations and close deals that deliver value to both the client and LSEG.
* Foster a high-performance culture through teamwork, initiative, and a client-first mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for candidates who are willing to learn or have the following:
* Experience in relationship management, enterprise sales, or a customer-facing role within financial services or technology.
* Understanding of client business models, workflows, and the financial technology landscape.
* Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and resolve client concerns.
* Ability to identify and monetize opportunities with both new and existing clients.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to structure and present solutions clearly.
* Experience delivering presentations to business stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
* A university or college degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $93,600 - $156,200.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of:
