Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior partners, including proactive calendar and travel management.
- Handle business development activities such as preparing materials, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating client touchpoints.
- Manage billing tasks, including reviewing pro formas, editing invoices, and tracking time entries.
- Support document production, electronic filing, and maintain strong technical proficiency.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and client assistants.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage expense reporting.
- Collaborate with team members, provide backup support, and help enhance team processes.
- 5+ years supporting senior partners in a law firm or C-suite executives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong judgment, discretion with confidential information, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure, and adapt to demanding deadlines.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
