Job Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including preparing presentations, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling confidential information. The role requires strong organizational skills and professionalism to interact effectively with senior management.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

· MS Office Suite proficiency

· A bachelor's degree

· At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant

· Strong organizational skills

· Professionalism in dealing with senior management

Preferred Requirements:

· Fluency in French or any foreign language.

** Pay Details:**  $39.86 per hour
