Our client is a global investment solutions partner serving institutional investors.

Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to a Chief Legal Officer and select senior leaders. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving setting, exercises excellent judgment, and operates with complete discretion. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination.

• Coordinate board and senior leadership meetings, preparing materials and managing follow-ups.

• Arrange detailed domestic and international travel and manage related expense reporting.

• Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.

• Serve as a key point of contact, screening communications and escalating issues as appropriate.

• Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

• Highly professional, adaptable, and discreet.
