Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established corporate headquarters supporting a dynamic Human Capital Management team focused on enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their growing team in a fast-paced metropolitan environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $29/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to the Human Capital Management team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, support multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. This role requires daily onsite presence at the company's headquarters in New York City.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
* Collaborate with team leaders on business and employee initiatives, including research, workflow management, project tracking, and executive PowerPoint presentations.
* Support talent and recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Monitor team inboxes, respond to employee inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
* Maintain complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and manage logistics.
* Manage employee records and organize team files.
* Perform general administrative tasks and provide reception coverage as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Positive team player with adaptability and a dynamic approach.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent judgment, independence, and resourcefulness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
Preferred Experience /Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Experience with Salesforce and Concur.
* Dynamic and personable demeanor.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required.
