Administrative Assistant

Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 Annually

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Location:

New York, New York 10013

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, pitch-in team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While legal experience is a plus, it is not required. The most critical attributes are an outgoing personality and a cooperative, can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedule
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Assist with financial processes
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • communicates with clientele, files, scans, and many other responsibilities.
  • Greet and welcome guests at front desk and welcome guests, c
  • Check office supplies
  • Handle maintenance requests
  • Mail packages, and other duties.
  • Take calls, relay information, and other admin tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, or comparable office management experience.
    Technical Proficiency:
    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment (e.g., scanners, multi-line phones).
