Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a focused and organized office environment. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work setting and grow your administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Answer and direct inbound calls, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries.

- Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining the accuracy of records and documentation.

- Coordinate administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist responsibilities and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring all resources are readily available.

- Support team members and leadership with various administrative tasks as needed.

- Monitor and address incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail.

- Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

- Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency through proactive problem-solving. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.

- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

- Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
