Our client, a leading organization in the nonprofit sector dedicated to advancing population health, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Office of the President supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a high level of professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide high-level administrative support to the Offices of the President and Vice President of Development

+ Manage internal and external meeting scheduling, including preparing agendas and meeting materials

+ Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries

+ Assist with event planning and logistics for staff meetings and special projects

+ Handle confidential information with discretion and exercise good judgment in all tasks

** What's Needed?*
* + 3-5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
