Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, correspondence, and meeting logistics for the Executive Director and CFO.
- Coordinate Board of Trustees activities, including data management, intranet updates, and meeting preparation.
- Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process financial documents such as invoices, AMEX bills, and budget tracking using Concur.
- Assist with planning and execution of major events like the Annual Meeting and Finance Committee sessions.
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn Salesforce.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
