Oversee building systems and general maintenance.
Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with building management.
Assist in office layout planning, space optimization, relocations, desk allocations, and office expansions.
Manage employee access cards and security systems, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Support planning and execution of office renovations and remodeling projects.
Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and parking allocations, communicating policies to employees.
Participate in workplace-related projects such as upgrades and operational improvements, tracking timelines and coordinating stakeholders.
Maintain office furniture and equipment inventory, arranging repairs as needed.
Arrange minor repairs and handyman services, monitoring completion and quality.
Maintain office décor, artwork, and overall professional appearance.
Control and organize office supplies, ensuring availability and proper inventory levels.
Monitor and control the facilities budget, tracking expenses and approvals.
Receive vendors at the office for repairs, maintenance, or installations.
Manage invoices from vendors and contractors, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and services with vendors and contractors to optimize cost and service quality.
Maintain the premises up to standard and communicate with relevant internal areas.
Support bank events organized by HR and Marketing, including vendor coordination, setup logistics, and holiday-related arrangements.
Serve as a backup team member within the department to ensure continuity of operations.
Availability to work full-time and adapt to business needs.
Strong team player with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
English fluency is mandatory;
Portuguese is a plus.
