Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 am (Midnight) to 8:30 am
- Additional hours may be available when necessary
Job type: Full-time Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines data entry, order verification, customer service, and general administrative duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accurate data entry for inventory and shipping records
- Verify order accuracy for outgoing shipments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse operations team
Required Skills:
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous warehouse or administrative experience
- Data entry background
- Customer service experience
