Key Responsibilities

• Own fixed asset accounting including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations
• Manage inventory and COGS accounting including accruals, analysis, and multi-site visibility
• Support a timely and accurate month end close including journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review P&L variance analyses across multiple entities and cost centers
• Assist with state and local tax support including gathering information, coordinating with advisors, and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and two to five years of blended public accounting and industry experience
• Experience with fixed assets, inventory, or COGS and multi entity accounting
• Someone who communicates well, solves problems, pivots quickly and thrives working with autonomy
