Junior Staff Accountant

My client is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant who is eager to grow within the organization. This role is designed with a clear path to advance into a Senior Staff Accountant position, offering mentorship, increasing responsibilities, and exposure to full‑cycle accounting as you develop. You’ll join a collaborative finance team within a well‑established yet continuously expanding company, where professional development and internal progression are strongly supported.

Responsibilities:

• Provide audit support by coordinating information requests, including GL account reconciliations; serve as primary liaison to Controller for required documentation and follow‑up.
• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations and oversee AP‑related review workflows, including reviewing wires and approving payments within bank systems.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams to ensure proper booking of wires and accurate transaction processing.
• Prepare journal entries and support month‑end close activities across four subsidiaries
• Coordinate month‑end tasks with the management team to ensure deadlines are met and financials are completed accurately.
• Work within Epicor P21 and Net Suite systems to execute daily and month‑end responsibilities.

Experience Preferred:

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience
• Bachelors in Accounting or related field
• Team player mentality
