Description

Ideal Candidate

A seasoned tax professional with 5+ years of corporate and business tax preparation experience, including strong proficiency with Form 1120. Candidates with exposure to foreign filings will stand out. You don't need the most polished background - just strong technical tax skills and reliability.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

+ Must have: strong corporate & business tax return prep (Form 1120)

+ Experience preparing tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes for both federal and state filings

+ Foreign filing experience a plus (Forms 5471, 5472, 1116)

+ Understanding of FBAR reporting, PFIC reporting, and other foreign jurisdiction reporting a plus

+ CPA or EA preferred (not required)

+ Software: CCH Axcess (firm is transitioning from Tax Pro System)
