• SEC Reporting: Own preparation and timely filing of all external financial reports, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, and other required SEC filings. Draft financial statements, footnotes and MD&A sections, coordinate the review process with internal teams, external auditors, and legal counsel.
• Reporting and Disclosure Research: Research accounting and reporting guidance to ensure our disclosures in public filings are complete and appropriate.
• Earnings Materials: Review financial information in earnings releases and assist in the preparation of materials for the Disclosure Committee, Audit Committee, and senior leadership.
• Technical Accounting: Own stock‑based compensation accounting, including monitoring equity award activities, evaluating equity modifications, preparing quarterly journal entries, preparing financial statement footnote disclosures, preparing technical accounting memos and maintaining accounting policies. Assist in annual impairment testing, EPS calculation and perform technical accounting research on ad‑hoc transactions.
• Internal Controls and SOX Documentation: Serve as one of the critical owners of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with SOX, help manage the audit process and fulfill information requests.
• Special Projects: Assist in statutory reporting and identify and implement improvements to the financial reporting process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.

  Partner with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and P&C to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor one staff team member.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA designation preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 718 (stock‑based compensation).
• Strong Excel skills, including ability to manipulate large data sets and create advanced pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Workiva SEC reporting tool preferred.
• Familiarity with equity software tools such as Schwab Equity View or Net Suite preferred.
