This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cannabis Retail Manager based in New Ulm, MN. The Cannabis Retail Manager will oversee the daily store operations at FOUR NORTH Cannabis, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising and mentoring store team members and fostering a positive, productive workplace environment.

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Team Management and fostering an inclusive, motivated team culture
• Proven Sales abilities and knowledge of retail sales strategies
• Solid understanding of compliance, inventory management, and retail cannabis regulations
• Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and multitasking
• Prior experience in cannabis or retail management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
