Job Description
Clean and maintain most windows on campus, and assist with fulfilling work orders under the direction of supervisors. Safety dress code required. Assist other crews as directed. Position reports to the Custodial Lead.

Minimum Age for EmploymentIndividual must be 16 years of age but some tasks may require 18 years of age.
Working Hours and DaysGenerally Monday through Friday; hours will vary between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Flexible scheduling could include hours beyond the hours stated. Workers may work up to 129 hours per month, which averages to approximately 29 hours per week.
Working ConditionsLifting 40 lbs., bending, kneeling, standing, frequent mobility, use of chemicals, ladders and equipment, use of hands and arms, moderate noise level, etc.
SalaryTier 3: $12.91 per hour + $2.00 bonus = $14.91 per hour.
BenefitsSummer workers (student and non-student) are not benefit‑eligible. Student workers receive campus and community benefits through their status as students.

Summer Bonus ProgramEligible for the summer 2026 bonus program. As you work hours during the summer employment dates of May 18, 2026 through August 21, 2026 for this job, if hired, you will receive $2.00 per hour extra for every hour worked in the eligible job. Hours from the 1st to the 15th are paid on the last day of the month, and hours from the 16th to the last day of the month are paid on the following 15th.
This means, if a worker has 129 hours worked in a summer calendar month in this eligible position, you could earn up to an extra $258.00 each month!
