Required Skills:

Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice with ED experience Active Minnesota or adjacent state medical license DEA certification Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS/CALS certifications Proven experience in community hospital emergency departments Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Ability to work a mix of day and night 12-hour shifts Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience managing diverse patient populations of all ages Prior work in busy ED environments with fluctuating patient volumes Familiarity with seasonal peak periods and volume management Additional certifications or training in trauma or critical care Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of ER practice in a community or hospital setting Prior Minnesota or neighboring state healthcare experience Other Requirements:
Local candidates only; no travel or flights covered Work schedule of 6 8 shifts per month, including both days and nights Successful credentialing within 60-90 days Commitment to providing high-quality emergency care in a single coverage ER Pay Rate: $277.88 per hour Benefits:
