Inside Sales Needed! Carroll Construction Supply in New Ulm, MN is adding to their team. We are currently accepting applications for an Inside Sales position. This is a key role within our branch, and we are looking for a professional individual who brings strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a desire to grow with the company. Experience in sales and construction is preferred but not a must.

Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and counter sales in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with outside sales to support customer projects and material needs. Perform plan take-offs for concrete and foundation projects. Assist customers with concrete forming solutions, including:

• Steel-Ply
• ICF systems
• Various wall and foundation forming methods

Monitor inventory levels and help align orders with available stock, especially during busy construction seasons. Help adjust steel-ply and forming orders to match inventory and job requirements. Learn and use estimating, inventory, and CAD-related software programs. Provide accurate pricing, material recommendations, and customer support. Contribute to smooth daily branch operations and overall customer satisfaction.

• Previous knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry is beneficial but not a must
• Knowledge of concrete forming, ICF, and foundation construction is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Interest in learning or experience with CAD and take-off programs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Pass background check and pre-employment drug and physical testing
