Security Officer - Flex Entry Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Control access at entry points by checking identification, validating credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor and/or vendor logs in accordance with site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to site management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access control systems, document observations and incidents in written reports, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
