About the Position
Shift
AM shift , Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5×8 hrs)
No on‑call
May float to Main Campus and Rosenberg locations
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient pediatric nursing care in Hematology & Oncology
Support patient assessments, treatments, and follow‑up care
Float between assigned pediatric outpatient locations as needed
Maintain compliance with facility safety, masking, and vaccination protocols
Requirements
Requirements
Required
Two‑year (ADN) degree , four‑year BSN , or Diploma Nursing degree
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN‑to‑BSN program
Current State of Arizona RN license
or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges
or ability to obtain AZ licensure before start date
Current BLS (AHA) – Healthcare Provider
Preferred
Pediatric experience
PALS or PEARS certification (may be required within 90 days depending on department)
Vaccination / Compliance
COVID‑19 vaccination recommended
Flu vaccination required Oct–Apr
Flu exemption must be approved prior to start
If not vaccinated (flu or COVID‑19):
Must sign Declination & Masking Protocol
Must mask during respiratory virus season
