We are seeking a skilled Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic or Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in New Richmond, WI. Responsibilities could include any of the following: performing engine overhauls, carburetor overhauls, engine dyno and carburetor bench testing, fabrication and machining operations, design and analysis of new engine parts & fixtures, work on dyno test equipment and high speed data acquisition, engine data analysis from ground testing and from engines in flight, sourcing parts and supplier communication, performing maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards, troubleshooting aircraft systems, and conducting power plant and airframe evaluations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Systems, and Operational Procedures
- Experience with Power Plant systems and related components
- Strong understanding of Airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Aircraft structure and system mechanics
- Certification as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic
- Attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in hands-on, on-site environments
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance or engine repair is beneficial.
