* Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals.
* Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
* This position is available to candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to New Richmond, WI;
Chippewa Falls, WI; or Rice Lake, WI.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
* Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
* Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.
* Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
