Security Officer Patrol Driver

Position: Security Officer - After-Hours Patrol Driver
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, labs, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access control points and technology areas, verifying credentials and directing individuals according to site rules and visitor management procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notification of leadership, and coordination with first responders as needed;
Complete patrol, incident, and shift activity reports, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership for follow-up
