Provide customer service to personnel and visitors following security procedures and policies.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior and exterior areas.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and assist with badge/guest check-in.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations; coordinate with leadership and emergency services as directed.;
Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation; communicate observations during shift turnover.
