What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to Technical Operations Leadership
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key financial metrics
• Establish and lead processes around financial deliverables and reviews
• Recommend and implement financial practices and policies for compliance
• Partner with the Controller and external auditors for financial reviews and audits

What is Required (Qualifications):

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of FP&A business partnering experience, with 5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong experience with accrual accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience developing standard cost
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
