Warranty Plumber

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled New Construction Warranty Plumber to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumber to focus on warranty service work within new construction projects while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

As part of our New Construction division, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues during warranty periods, working directly with homeowners, and ensuring all work meets company standards and local codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues during new construction warranty periods

• Use plumbing cameras and snake machines to inspect and clear drains

• Perform warranty repairs and address plumbing-related concerns efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and completed work

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to homeowners

• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience using plumbing cameras and snake machines

• Plumbing experience, preferably in new construction

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must have plumbing tools
