Job Position

Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments while following Puro Clean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Complete documentation promptly and maintain production costs at the established rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Overseeing all aspects of the production process and customer needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details, and coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Leaving jobsites tidy and following uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns effectively with the GM/Owner
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of products and equipment to high standards
  • Ensuring clear communication with office staff, supervisors, and technicians

Qualifications:

  • Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage safety on-site and while traveling
  • Aptitude for record keeping and effective communication
  • Ability to identify opportunities among teammates and coach for growth
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and teammates
