Description:
Combination Portfolio/On-site Licensed Community Association Manager. Creative Management is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). We are a small, growing Company with great employee comradery. We are looking for a highly organized person with above average communication skills, who is adept at handling multiple projects and multiple Communities. The Portfolio planned for this LCAM is a subset of our Communities based in the Tampa Bay tri-county area of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties.
The successful LCAM will manage Associations in a combination role: on-site for a specified day(s) and time(s) each week at some properties, while providing standard portfolio management to other Clients. Because of this, some work will be performed on location in the Community, and some work performed remotely. After an Introductory period, benefits will include: 8 paid holidays/year, PTO (paid time off) is accrued each pay period based on length of service.
This equates to 2 weeks of PTO years 1 & 2; 3 weeks of PTO after 2 years; and 4 weeks of PTO after 5 years. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K offering, and various other benefits are available through our payroll company.
