Description:
Combination Portfolio/On-site Licensed Community Association Manager. Creative Management is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). We are a small, growing Company with great employee comradery. We are looking for a highly organized person with above average communication skills, who is adept at handling multiple projects and multiple Communities. The Portfolio planned for this LCAM is a subset of our Communities based in the Tampa Bay tri-county area of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties.

The successful LCAM will manage Associations in a combination role: on-site for a specified day(s) and time(s) each week at some properties, while providing standard portfolio management to other Clients. Because of this, some work will be performed on location in the Community, and some work performed remotely. After an Introductory period, benefits will include: 8 paid holidays/year, PTO (paid time off) is accrued each pay period based on length of service.

This equates to 2 weeks of PTO years 1 & 2; 3 weeks of PTO after 2 years; and 4 weeks of PTO after 5 years. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K offering, and various other benefits are available through our payroll company.

Qualifications:

  • Current, valid LCAM license from the State of Florida, including documentation proving licensure and continuing education credits obtained as required.
  • Unrestricted, valid driver’s license with appropriate car insurance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAM procedures, applicable FL Statutes, data entry skills and other business acumen.
  • Three or more years as an Association Manager with experience in portfolio management.
  • The ability to work independently yet cooperatively with Boards of Directors.
  • Strong computer skills including keyboard/typing skills;
    Vantaca experience preferred.
  • Because of on-site locations, residence in Pinellas County preferred.
  • Position requires confidentiality and highly ethical behavior.
