Job Position

Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments following Puro Clean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated. Supervise scheduling, job coordination, complete job files, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Ensure documentation is completed promptly and maintain production costs within the established rate. Our Production Managers excel in exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service, setting us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the brand
  • Oversee all aspects of production processes and customer needs
  • Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence
  • Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details, and coordinate with GM/Owner
  • Ensure job sites are tidy and follow company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management about concerns
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and products
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff and team members

Qualifications:

  • Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and ability to enforce them on-site and during travel
  • Strong record-keeping and communication skills
  • Ability to coach teammates and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong team-building skills and ability to establish lasting relationships
