Food Safety Professional

Overview

Are you passionate about food safety and doing things the right way? We re a family-owned company on an exciting growth path, and we re looking for a full-time Food Safety & Compliance Professional to help lead our team and strengthen our safety-first culture.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, proactive, and influential. You ll work in a fully automated facility with a close-knit team of 10 employees, making a real impact every day. This is a full-time position offering salary $65,000-$80,000 plus full health benefits and retirement plan!

• Own and lead food safety and compliance programs across the facility
• Proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement
• Run team meetings and trainings to reinforce best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards (GMPs, HACCP, etc.)
• Serve as the go-to resource for food safety questions and audits
• Partner with leadership to support growth while maintaining excellence

• A dedicated food safety professional who leads by example
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
• Comfortable training teams and holding accountability conversations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience in manufacturing or automated facilities is a plus
