What You Will Do
- Gather data and assist with engineering aspects of Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) reclamation projects
- Prepare preliminary reports and designs for reclamation site work
- Conduct field investigations
- Gather data and assist with complaint investigations
- Perform inspections and make suggestions for design changes during construction
- Starting hourly pay of $30.55/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 7.5 years of service, with an end salary of $44.74/hr.
- There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the OCSEA pay range schedule & longevity rates OCSEA Employees | Department of Administrative Services.
Engineering degree from recognized school or college which has been accredited by accreditation board for engineering & technology or that has been evaluated by National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying (NCEES) Credentials Evaluations as meeting the NCEES Engineering Education Standard.
