What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible for performing center maintenance and repair in one of the following specialized crafts, heating, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

* Perform maintenance and repair to structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, air conditioning and drainage systems throughout the center.

* Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, fuses as directed.

* Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.

* Perform repair or replacement of windows, doors, locks, plumbing, fixtures, washers and seals.

* Obtain and assist bidders for center projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance repair required.

* One (1) year related facilities maintenance experience or completion of facilities maintenance training program.

* Ability to occasional lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

* A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
