What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible performing center maintenance and repair in on the following specialized crafts: heating, ventilations and air conditioning, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and paining in compliance with government and management directives, regulations and laws.

Essential Functions:

* Order materials required to perform work; prepare the required paperwork to reflect cost, use of materials and other data for accounting purposes.

* Supervise work based learning (WBL) students while completing assigned tasks.

* Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork. Install window shades or coverings, security locks, etc.

* Perform repair or replacement of plumbing, fixtures, washers, seals, etc.

* Perform roads and grounds maintenance on property.

* Obtain and assist bidders for center projects.

Education/Experience requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years facilities maintenance experience or completion of facilities maintenance training program.

* Must demonstrate maintenance skills.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

* A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
