Hilton Hotels - [Kitchen Staff / Line Cook / Prep Cook] As a Charbroiler at Hilton, you'll:
Be responsible for preparing all char-broiled oysters according to standard recipe and/or as specified on guest check, to ensure consistency of product;
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production;
Visually inspect, select, and use only food items of the highest standard in the preparation of all menu items.
