About the Role

As a Cocinero (Cook), you'll prepare scratch-made, small-batch recipes that fuel our burrito line and keep guests coming back.

You'll work with fresh ingredients, follow precise recipes, and help maintain the quality Felipe's has been known for over 19 years.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and taste all hot recipes according to Felipe's exact standards
• Cook small batches frequently to maintain freshness throughout the day
• Stock, rotate, and label all hot items properly
• Follow safe food handling and temperature control procedures
• Keep your workstation organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Work with Kitchen Leads and the MOD to track inventory, par levels, and equipment needs
• Maintain and care for kitchen equipment daily
• Break down and clean your station at closing

What We're Looking For

• Passion for cooking and working in a busy kitchen
• Experience with batch cooking or prep (a plus, not required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction
