Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large mixed-income residential community in New Orleans, LA. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strong operator who excels in team leadership, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance.
What You'll Do
* Oversee all daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management
* Lead, train, and support on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
* Manage resident relations, issue resolution, and retention initiatives
* Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, affordable housing regulations, and company policies
* Oversee budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, delinquency, and expense control
* Coordinate vendors, capital projects, unit turns, and preventive maintenance
* Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and overall asset performance
* Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership and leadership reporting
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
* Experience managing large-scale communities required
* Mixed-income, affordable housing, LIHTC, or public housing experience strongly preferred
* Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, One Site, Entrata, or similar)
