ASM Global - : R [Guest Service / Front Desk Agent] As a Concierge at ASM Global, you'll:
Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service;
Manage guest lists and reservations for events;
Be responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, patrolling assigned areas of the property;
Assure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas;
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner;
Utilize various communications equipment including, but not limited to radios, telephone, & camera.
