Job Overview

The CSA Construction Superintendent – (Data Centers) is a full‑time leadership role at Jacobs, responsible for overseeing construction of state‑of‑the‑art data center facilities.

$85,100 – $117,000 per year

Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site, ensuring that materials, equipment and personnel are available to complete the work. Manage safety, health and well‑being of the team, and drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide leadership and mentorship to team members, and keep the company connected and focused on success.

• At least 10 years of construction site experience
• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent or construction manager
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction activities, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

• Pharma experience / GMP facilities / clean rooms
• Collaboration in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Bluebeam
• Experience creating estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, and project execution plans
• Facilitating and coordinating walkdowns, meetings and reviews with owners and designers
• Constructability reviews
• Leading client and construction meetings
• Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, Integrated Control, CSA)
• Safety leadership, including JHA revision and SPA daily signed‑off permits
• Quality assurance in construction
• Turnover process including TOPs, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners
