Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:
- Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more.
- Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
- Drive sales and produce results
- Desk deals
- Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock
- Appraise and buy cars
- Purchase used cars
- Manage certified pre-owned program
- Work with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning
- Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles
- Order new vehicles
- Monitor contracts in transit lists
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:
- High energy, strong leadership, auto sales management and subprime experience, and good closing skills. Fast talking, money, and ego driven.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
- Enthusiastic team builder
