As an Administrative Coordinator 3 in the Regional Office, you will be the backbone of daily operations-supporting staff, assisting clients, and ensuring the smooth flow of essential administrative processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of experience or training in clerical work.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:
* Support daily office operations by managing phones, scheduling appointments, processing mail, and assisting clients and staff with professionalism and care.
* Serve as a key liaison, connecting the Regional Office with other agency departments, community providers, vendors, and contracted partners.
* Ensure financial accuracy by reconciling monthly invoices, tracking provider service usage, and initiating payments in automated systems.
* Coordinate client services by preparing referral packets, transferring case records, and scheduling psychological evaluations while tracking completion and payment.
* Maintain essential administrative records, including payroll input, time and attendance, leave usage, FMLA, and overtime for regional staff.
* Support purchasing and inventory, preparing requisitions, maintaining supply levels, and conducting equipment inventories.
