SummaryThe Senior Program Coordinator provides professional administrative and programmatic support for the Office of Advancement Information Services (AIS). AIS provides gift administration, data management, centralized business analysis and training, programming, and desktop/mobile support for Tulane Advancement. This position will primarily support the Executive Director of AIS by way of managing vendors and contracts, expense reporting, invoice management, budget tracking, AIS scheduling, correspondence, and presentation support.
Other responsibilities may include light CRM reporting and task management of the AIS annual plan using project management software.
- High School Diploma and 3 years of related/transferable experience.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel; familiar with other Microsoft Office software applications.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple duties and projects.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task, meeting and exceeding timeline expectations.
- Some college and 2 years of direct experience; or Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years transferable experience.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRMs.
