• Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advisory and building long-term trust
• Plan, assign, and oversee engagements, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Lead corporate, personal, and trust tax compliance and planning for clients
• Mentor, coach, and train junior and senior staff, supporting professional development
• Identify opportunities for business growth and assist with marketing and client retention strategies
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and share insights with the team
• Support the office culture and values through engagement, onboarding, and community involvement

• CPA designation (or equivalent) with 2–5 years post-designation experience
• Strong technical skills in Quick Books, Case Ware, Practice CS, Excel, and other accounting software
• Experience in agriculture and small business advisory preferred
• Exceptional client management, communication, and team leadership skills
• Positive, engaging personality with a collaborative mindset
